????Work location: Korba - Heliopolis

- BSc in IT, computer science or relevant field

- 6 months of experience as IT Helpdesk

- Proficiency in English

- Ability to Diagnose & resolve basic technical issues

- MCSA, MCSE, CCNA & CompTIA A+ & ITIL self learning

- Understand service management & working with ticketing system
