Technical Support Engineer
Ensure that all IT systems/applications are deployed efficiently.
???? Manage and administer service desk incident management system for IT-related issues and ensure that ITIL principles are applied.
???? Carry out IT HW and SW implementation cycle including purchasing, installing, and configuring desktops, laptops, software, and related business applications/systems.
???? Assure technical support and problem resolution related to computer desktops, laptops, and handheld devices including Microsoft operating system and other business applications/systems.
Job Qualifications:
???? A bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, or a related field is preferred.
???? Minimum of 2 years relevant experience.
????Strong understanding of computer hardware, software applications, operating systems, and network fundamentals.
???? Proficiency in troubleshooting and diagnosing IT issues, with the ability to follow logical problem-solving methodologies.
