Are you passionate about solving technical challenges and keeping networks running smoothly?
We’re looking for an IT Helpdesk & Network Specialist to join our team at the Head Office.
???? What you’ll do:
Provide end-user support and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
Manage and maintain routers, switches, firewalls, and VPNs.
Monitor and troubleshoot network performance to ensure reliability and security.
Deliver training and guidance to users while maintaining clear IT documentation.
???? What we’re looking for:
Bachelor’s in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
2+ years’ experience in IT helpdesk and network support.
Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, VPNs.
Hands-on experience with Cisco, Juniper, Fortinet, or similar devices.
Certifications like CompTIA Network+ or CCNA are a plus.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
