Desk Engineer

We are looking for a Help Desk Engineer to #monitor network alarms, manage incidents, and provide initial fault analysis. This role involves technical troubleshooting, coordination with internal teams, and ensuring timely issue resolution within agreed SLAs.

???? Key Responsibilities:

???? Monitor #network alarms across multiple domains.

???? Perform initial fault analysis and escalate issues per the proper escalation matrix.

???? WO/TT Management: Create, assign, update, and follow up on Work Orders (WO) and Trouble Tickets (TT) with Field Maintenance (FM) and Back Office (BO) teams.

???? Change Management: Monitor the impact of changes, approve change execution start times, and track planned end times.

???? Incident Management: Identify incidents, escalate them to the relevant teams, and coordinate with the Incident Manager during critical events.

???? Assist the Team Leader in daily reports and requests.

???? Qualifications & Requirements:

???? Bachelor’s degree in Communication Engineering.

???? Good knowledge of #2G, #3G, #LTE, #IMS, and #EPC network architecture.

???? Strong English skills (spoken & written).

???? Proficiency in Microsoft tools (Excel, Word, Outlook).

âš¡ Ability to work under pressure, adapt to changes, and be a team player.

???? Military service must be postponed or exempted (for male applicants).

???? CCNA certification is a plus.
