Requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field
· Basic knowledge: Windows, macOS, Linux
· Networking basics: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP
· Communication & problem-solving skills
· Based in Riyadh
· Preferred: CCNA / Azure / AWS certifications

· Troubleshoot hardware, software, networks & voice platforms
· Lead root cause analysis & issue resolution
· Mentor junior/mid-level engineers
· Collaborate with engineering & QA teams
· Manage deployments, updates & system monitoring
· Maintain documentation & support processes
· Interface with key clients
Requirements:
· 4–6+ years technical support experience
· OS knowledge: Windows, Linux, macOS
· Advanced networking: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, firewalls
· Cloud platforms: Azure, AWS, GCP
· Voice platforms: Genesys Cloud, Five9 (plus)
· Support & monitoring tools familiarity
· Preferred: CCNA, CCNP, Azure, AWS, FortiGate
· Based in Riyadh
