Required Qualifications:-

1.Bachelor’s degree in engineering or computer science.

2.(4+ years) of experience in Windows Server and VMware environments.

3.Solid knowledge of Storage Technologies

Preferred Certifications:-

1.Microsoft Certified: Windows Server Hybrid Administrator Associate

2.Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate

3.VMware Certified Professional (VCP-DCV)

Key Responsibilities:-

1.Server administration (Windows, Linux)

2.Storage administration (SAN, NAS)

3.Virtualization platforms administration (preferred VMware, plus Redhat, Hyper-V)

4.Backup administration (Veeam, Commvault)

Install, configure, and maintain Windows Server environments (2012/2016/2019/2022).

5.Manage Active Directory (AD), Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, and file/print services.

6.Implement and support Microsoft Exchange / Microsoft 365 / Azure AD / Intune.

7.Perform patch management and system updates using WSUS .

8.Deploy, configure, and manage VMware vSphere environments (ESXi, vCenter).

9.Perform VM provisioning, resource allocation, and performance tuning.

10.Implement high availability (HA), vMotion, DRS, and disaster recovery solutions.

11.Resolve system and infrastructure issues, including performance and access problems.

12.Support end users and internal teams with escalated technical issues.

Document procedures, configurations, and incident resolution steps.
