Job Responsibilities:
-Take charge of IT integration products in cloud-native scenarios.
-Plan and design end-to-end service solutions and provide technical assurance. Lead the system integration of delivery solutions. Handle and close engineering problems. Ensure successful project delivery, stable network operation, and customer satisfaction.
-Be responsible for O&M assurance of CLOUD systems and take the lead in planning and implementation of technologies such as cloud service system monitoring, troubleshooting, and reliable emergency response to ensure long-term stable and secure service running.
-Gain insight into cloud technologies and best practices in the industry, design forward-looking serviceable solutions based on the evolution of products and solutions, and achieve low-cost, high-quality, and digital delivery and maintenance on various clouds (public and private clouds).
-Design the tool system, build a future-oriented delivery/maintenance tool system based on the cloud native, intelligent, and digital automation technologies, and support the digital transformation of cloud technologies.
Skill Requirements:
-Strong customer service awareness, good communication understanding and interpersonal skills.
-Familiarity with one or more programming languages is preferred.
-Familiarity with cloud native technologies and artificial intelligence technologies is preferred.
-Have a basic command of the principles and basic practices of computing, storage, network, database, security.
-Have the ability to work independently and solve problems, be good at communication, be willing to cooperate, be keen on new technologies, be good at summarizing and sharing, and like hands-on practice.
