Position: ▪ *Junior Manager IT*

 

KEY RESPONSIBILTIES:

 

Technical Support & Helpdesk

▪ Act as the first point of contact for IT support (onsite/remote).

▪ Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network (LAN/WAN/Internet) issues.

▪ Support RO staff, MD House, Guest House, and schools during meetings and online sessions.

▪ Microsoft 365 & Email Administration

▪ Manage Office 365 accounts, licenses, and email groups (create/disable as needed).

▪ Maintain Active Directory; block/remove IDs of resigned employees.

 

School IT Support & AMS

▪ Assist schools with ERP, portals, Outlook, and AMS configurations.

▪ Ensure AMS data uploads, troubleshoot connectivity, sync issues, and reports.

 

Exam & iTEP Lab

▪ Provide technical support for exam sessions, system readiness, and CCTV monitoring.

 

Network & Infrastructure

▪ Install, configure, and maintain LAN, WAN, servers, switches, and firewalls.

▪ Monitor internet connectivity and implement infrastructure upgrades.

 

Projects & Compliance

▪ Support IT setups for new campuses and maintain updated IT inventory.

▪ Assist IT Manager in ensuring policy and security compliance.

 

Key Skills:

▪ Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

▪ Knowledge of Office 365, ERP, AMS, LAN/WAN, and IT security.

▪ Effective communication and coordination abilities.

 

Qualifications:

▪ Bachelors in IT/Computer Science or relevant field

▪ 2–4 years of IT support experience; knowledge of Microsoft 365 & networking preferred.

 

Location: ▪ *Regional Office, Karachi.*
