Qualifications

10+ years IT leadership experience in application design, service delivery , maintenance and delivery

The candidate must have proven leadership in planning, development, implementation, performance and benefit realization by leveraging technology to drive business value for our clients.

Additionally, the candidate must demonstrate strong critical thinking, broad base of experience in IT and senior level leadership supporting a high change and fast growth company.

Ability to drive change, mentor growth and work in a team environment

Knowledgeable in Cisco and HP networking equipment, including routers, switches, and wireless technologies.

Demonstrable leadership experience in managing diverse technical teams, including NOC, Help Desk, and Field Engineers.

Excellent knowledge of IT Service Management (ITSM) frameworks, such as ITIL.

Experience with IT service management tools (e.g., Freshdesk, ServiceNow, Remedy).

Working knowledge of Security Information and KSA Governmental Security policies related to IT.

Ability to perform conflict management

Ability to provide leadership, coaching and counseling

Ability to multi-task and prioritize

Ability to analyze information and use logic and process to address work-related issues and problems

Ability to organize well

Ability to handle pressure and deadline oriented project demands as well as manage multiple initiatives

Strong presentation skills and experience addressing large groups/ Vice Presidents
