Key Responsibilities: 

Respond to and resolve technical support requests from employees via phone, email, or ticketing system.

Diagnose and fix hardware issues (PCs, laptops, printers, scanners).

Resolve software errors, crashes, and configuration issues.

Assist with email setup, password resets, and account access problems.

Install and configure new computers, and software applications.

Ensure proper connectivity to networks, shared drives, and printers.
