Responsibilities:

- Handling Server 2019 /QNAP/ NAS Server

- Expert for server backup/expanding of array, domain and AD (Active Directory)

- Assist employees in utilising IT equipment effectively.

- Set up new user accounts and profiles, and address password-related issues.

- Perform physical setup of computers and install software systems for various applications and programs.

- Manage desktops, laptops, and peripherals.

- Address user queries and concerns related to network access.

- Offer support based on technical guidelines provided within the function.

- Maintain records of all company IT assets.

Network

- Expert in handling Firewall/ VPN

- Conduct cabling and termination activities.

- Configure and troubleshoot L2/L3 network settings.

- Configure WLC WLAN Controller.

Candidates staying in the UAE (preference for Abu Dhabi) will be given priority.

Salary will be discussed during the interview.
